So I was thinking about the onboarding — right now people land on a form and we lose half of them there. What if the very first thing was a thirty-second voice demo, they press the mic, say anything, and see it cleaned up instantly. Then we ask for the account. We should test it with the Acme pilot users first and see what happens to sign-ups over two weeks.
