We learn your process first — the SOPs, the exceptions, the WhatsApp groups holding it together — then build AI agents that do real work inside it. Not a chatbot bolted onto your site.

What we can build for you
Pick a department. Each agent below is a starting point we shape around your process in the free steps — what it does, what it plugs into, and where it hands back to your people.
Today: Orders arrive on WhatsApp, email and calls. Someone re-keys them into Excel, then spends the afternoon chasing trucks and answering “where is my order?”
Over-capacity loads and any rate change go to the dispatch head for a decision.
Live on your domain, inside your systems, with every action logged — built and maintained by the same senior team.
Don’t see your process? Most agents we build aren’t on any list. Tell us where it hurts →
How an engagement runs
Every AI vendor opens with a proposal. We open with your processes — and don’t invoice you until you’ve seen which agents we’d build and decided you want them.
Signed before you send anything. Your SOPs and system docs don’t leave your building without it.
Signed before you send anything. Your SOPs and system docs don’t leave your building without it.
Tell us where you see potential and send what exists — SOPs, checklists, machine docs. A hand-drawn workflow is fine.
Not “let’s set up a call.” A precise plan — say, four sessions with dispatch, three with production, one with IT.
We arrive with context and go straight to the exceptions, the workarounds and the WhatsApp groups holding it together.
Two or three buildable agents per department, one recommendation, and what isn’t worth building. You keep the AI Opportunity Map.
One focused week on the chosen process: full documentation, a PRD, and the success metrics we agree to be measured against.
Exact scope, timeline and cost, derived from the PRD. No open-ended retainer, no change orders.
Built, tested and live on your domain. We stay on to run and improve it. You own the product and the IP.
Security, privacy & IP
An AI agent touches your ERP, your customers and your numbers. So the guardrails are decided before the first line of code — not after.
The mutual NDA is Step 0. We don’t ask for a single SOP, register or login until it’s signed.
We use business-grade model APIs that don’t train on your inputs, and one client’s data is never reused for another.
Agents get only the access their job needs — read-only by default, write access only for the actions you approve.
Every agent action is logged. Anything low-confidence or above your limits goes to a named person instead of executing.
Code, prompts, workflows and documentation are yours — fully, always. No platform lock-in, no per-seat licence.
The people in your deep-dive sessions are the people who build it. No outsourced or junior delivery bench.
Decided with your IT team in Step 3, written into the PRD, and fixed in the build proposal.
How this compares
An agent builder can get you a demo in an afternoon. Getting it to run inside your real process, every day, is a different job.
Why AI keeps not sticking
You’ve probably tried before — a tool, a subscription, a consultant with a slide deck. Here’s why it didn’t change anything, and what we do differently.
How pricing works
Every agent is built around your process, so we don’t sell packages. You see the range now, a range per option after Step 4, and a fixed price before any build starts.

Proof, not promises
“They actually sat with our dispatch team before proposing anything. The tool finally fits how we work.”
“We'd bought three tools before this. This is the first one people actually open every morning.”
“The meeting plan alone showed they’d done the homework. No vendor had read our SOPs before.”
“What sold us was them telling us one idea wasn't worth building. Nobody had ever talked us out of spending before.”
“Fixed proposal, no change orders, and they still run it with us months later. Rare.”
“Live on our own domain in weeks, and the team runs it themselves now. It feels like ours, not a vendor’s.”
Straight answers
No. A chatbot answers questions. The agents we build do work inside your process — read the order, update the ERP, chase the payment, raise the ticket — and hand off to a person when a decision is needed. Chat can be one way to talk to them, but most run quietly in the background.
Yes — that is most of the build. We connect to ERPs (Tally, SAP, Zoho), CRMs, HRMS, WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets and custom databases. If a system has no API, we find the safest route — exports, email parsing or a small connector — and tell you the trade-off up front. Integrations are mapped in Step 3, before you pay anything.
We design for it. Every agent has confidence thresholds and approval limits; anything below or above them goes to a named person instead of executing. Every action is logged, so you can see what it did and why. After go-live we monitor and tune it — and if something breaks, we fix it, because we built it.
The mutual NDA is signed at Step 0, before any document. Agents are deployed in your cloud, a dedicated environment we manage, or on your own network. Access is scoped to what each agent needs, we use model APIs that don’t train on your inputs, and you own the code, prompts and data throughout.
Those tools are great for a demo. The hard part is everything around the model — connecting to your real systems, handling the exceptions your team handles today, approvals, logging, and keeping it running. That is the work we do, after reading how your process actually runs.
Steps 0 through 4 are free — the NDA, your document handover, our read-through, the meeting plan, the deep-dive sessions, and the options we bring back including the AI Opportunity Map you keep. The first charge is Step 5, the paid deep dive that produces your PRD. Step 6, the build proposal, is free again. Step 7 is the build itself.
No — most companies your size don't. Send whatever exists: checklists, daily formats, WhatsApp instructions, machine manuals. If a process only lives in someone's head, have them sketch it on paper and photograph it. That's enough to start.
We do, alongside your team. We stay on to monitor, tune and expand it as the business changes. Your team is trained to operate it day to day, and you own the product and the IP throughout.
Step 1 starts here
We’ll read your processes and come back with which agents are worth building — and, honestly, which aren’t. Nothing to pay until you’ve seen it.
